I've never blogged about workout gear before, always a workout but never the attire, so this will be my first time! YAY! Workout gear is just as important as the workout. In order to gain the most out of your workout your attire must play a big part.
-Most important if you're a female, a good fitting sports bra, it's like American Express...never leave home without it (well if you're going to workout...lol). Yeah so one time I forgot mine and oh boy, yep! Never again, that's all I'm going to say. Also make sure the sports bra is not too big or small, the worst thing is to have too little or too much support.
-Shirt and pants, I prefer something fitted but not tight. I don't like working out and having a lot of loose clothing swining around. Also that could be a hazard. you don't want the bottom of your XXL tee or too long pants legs to get caught on something...YIKES!
-Another really important factor...the shoes! This you will have to do some research on. I won't recommend any because everyone's feet are made differently and you will want to get a shoe that compliments your foot structure. Remember...make sure the shoes are supportive!
-Socks, I love thick cotton socks as long as my feet can still breath and they help with any sweating.
-Sweatband, this is optional, I'm a sweater and hate for sweat to drip down on my face.
-Heart Rate Monitor...okay so this isn't attire, but you can still wear it! I recommend one my Polar. There are different models so it's best to do some research and find the one that is right for your workout needs.
Happy Exercising!
