Oblique Twist (with ball)
Step 1
Sit on the ball with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Walk your feet forward, rolling your torso down the ball until your lower back presses into it. Place your right palm behind your head with your elbow out to the side, and place the palm of your left hand on the ball for support. Tuck your tailbone in and reach up through your hips.
Step 2
Exhale as you lift and twist your torso, bringing your right shoulder toward the left side. Keep your tailbone tucked in throughout. You should feel the muscles in your lower belly firm as they work to stabilize you. Inhale as you return to the starting position.
