My Meal Plan

I didn't work on my meal plan yesterday as planned, so I started on it like just now.  I want to maintain my current weight of 152 - 157 or so.  I work out 5 days a week, keeping that in mind I found out that I need to eat like 3,000 calories or so.  What the heck!  I can't eat that much food.  I don't want to eat that much food.  I'm glad I'm doing this meal plan for myself because I started to realize that I've been losing more weight and I don't want to.  I don't think I have 2,000 calories a day...GEEZ!  I could always workout less days a week, but I enjoy it so much I would go through withdrawals.  I have to have a good reason not to work out, I couldn't imagine not working out just because.  Well back to my meal plan!
