Okay, so I totally over did it this weekend. I went out with a friend on Saturday and won’t even mention what I had (it was worth it, I had fun), but to top that off I had Popeye’s chicken (3 spicy wings), French Fries (I only ate 1/4 to 1/3 of them…hmmm...does that make it better? lol!), and a Biscuit with honey on Sunday. SMH! Oh, and I didn’t get to bed until 5am or so after going out and woke up at 8:30am Sunday morning. Where they do that at? LOL! So between the lack of sleep and unhealthy eating I felt that I was not deserving of my usual breakfast this morning (Cinnamon Raisin Bagel). My body has been tortured enough! For today’s breakfast I opted for my 2nd favorite breakfast, Old Fashion Oatmeal, Walnuts, and Raisins. YUMMY!
I alway blog about the healthy stuff, but I totally had to share my unhealthy weekend with everyone. That goes to show you, you never know when you will over do it so it’s better to watch what you eat so when you do go a little over board you won’t feel as bad!
