You don't want to know!!! Remember when I talk about that "every now and then" (aka junk food) in my first dinner post. Well today was a whatever is in the fridge I will eat day. And the lucky winner of my stomach was......Chicken Fried Rice! Yep...I had rice and fried on top of that. Too bad I can't read the label for that. Usually my weekends are my semi-carefree days where I will treat myself to something not as healthy. But the good thing is, I burn the extra calories, drink a ton of cold water (which helps burns calories because your body works to warm the water), use portion control and eat sensible for the remainder of the day.
