My Speciality

I love cardio (the elliptical machine, treadmill, jogging, jumping jacks or rope or whatever gets the heart rate elevated) and strengthening (free weights, weight machines, push-ups, etc...). When I obtain my Personal Trainer certification I plan to become certified in strengthening and conditioning as well.

I will offer my clients a full mind and body transformation. Not only will I help them reach their weight loss goals, I will also incorporate strengthening for toning and definition of the body, and give them the nutritional/fitness/health information they need to make a lifestyle change.
