Happy New Year!

We have now entered 2011, and as always I reflect back over the previous year to see what accomplishment I made and what I would like to do differently in the new year (I'm not a resolution person, but what better time to get started on something you would like to do, if you haven't).

I'm still working toward obtaining my pt certification, I'm doing self study (for now) the school I want to go to cost about $6,200! YIKES!  I will get their eventually, but in the meanwhile I still have a Master's Degree that I need to start on (hopefully July 2011) and complete. 

Two fitness goals I have this year is to curl 50lb dumbbells and do a marathon (more like half marathon...lol) or something of that nature.  BTW...I'm also looking for partners, so if anyone would like to train with me feel free to contact me :-)

Oh, and for those who over ate and gained that unnecessary weight during the holidays, come back soon for my tips on losing that "Holiday Weight"!  Until then, eat healthy and stay fitness focused!
