I just had a light bulb moment (an idea...lol). Okay, so starting in the month of February, I will start posting challenges for the month. What does that entail you ask? The challenge of the month will entail healthy eating, trying new recipes, fitness, obtaining small weight loss goals, etc... If you choose to participate in the challenge (which I hope you do), I would like for you to post your results/outcome(s).
