Okay, so the other day I was watching TV and an infomercial came on advertising a sit-up machine called the "Perfect Situp" http://www.perfectonline.com/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=PerfectFitness/perfectsitup/index.html.
As we all know there are MANY infomercials with workout gadgets that claim to do this or that. BUT...do they really work. I don't own anything that have been advertised on an infomercial, but would like to get your feedback. Did you or anyone you know purchase a workout machine that you saw advertised on an infomercial? If so, did you get the results you wanted? Or any results at all? Like the Shake Weight for instance, I REALLY wanted one of those. But when you sit and think about the mechanics of it, you're not giving your muscles the range of motion that's needed in order to achieve the results that you want.
So I opted not to invest in the Shake Weight, but I'm now considering the Perfect Situp. Of course once I brainstorm and do my research, there will probably be a reason why this wouldn't be beneficial. But who knows, I hope they prove me wrong!
