Well if you incorporate a multi-vitamin you will make your body VERY happy and help replace some of those missing nutrients! I use to take Centrum regular multi-vitamin and changed to Women’s One-A-Day (or a comparable generic brand) because Women’s One-A-Day has more vitamin D to support breast health and Calcium for strong bones. **“You can start to lose bone mass as early as your 30’s and you need to monitor your breast health as early as possible.” For the men, there's Men's One-A-Day which is **"Formulated to give men an extra amount of Lycopene to help support a healthy heart and prostate"
