Forgetting About Myself
As a fitness fanatic I tend to give others advice about fitness. My future sister-in-law asked me to help her lose weight so I worked out a meal plan for her and am now working on a exercise regiment as well. ONE PROBLEM!!! I've NEVER did any of those things for myself. I kind of freestyle my workout routine and although I eat pretty healthy the majority of the time I don't have a meal plan for myself. Funny huh? Do I really need one? Probably not, but it would be nice because at times I do find myself wondering what will I eat and will it be healthy enough for me. With a list of foods you can never go wrong, it will allow you to put together simple items and make a great meal or snack.
