Sore Muscles

On Monday I decided to do Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred, I took a break on Tuesday because I was sore from the Jillian Michael's workout.  I worked out yesterday and now I'm totally feeling it even more.  My work out consisted of arms; biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs, legs, and cardio.  I started out with my normal pre-workout stretch (no warm up, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know I should warm up), then I worked my biceps with a 25lb dumbbell in each hand (in February I was only lifting 10lbs in each hand, my goal was to be at 30-35lbs by the end of the summer but when I got sick it was definitely a setback), triceps 15lb dumbbells in each hand, and 5lb dumbbells in each hand doing shoulder lifts with a squat, lunges with a bicep curl, and side lunges lifting the weight in a outward motion about eye level for the triceps.  I worked my abs by doing sit ups on the resistance ball while holding a 4lb medicine ball, next was the leg machine, I worked the calves, quads, and hamstrings (I set the machine weight at 70lbs), I finished up with the Elliptical for 25 minutes of cardio.  Today I will take it EASY, my muscles need to heal and repair themselves.
