Oatmeal

Today's lunch was Oatmeal with raisins and walnuts. I'm not a big fan of Oatmeal, but I would rather make a healthy sacrifice than have something horrible that will make me mentally nauseous! YES...I will become mentally nauseous if I eat something that I know is not healthy for me. Doesn't happen all the time, but it's possible...guess I'm turning into a slight health nut.

Oatmeal is a good pre-workout meal because it contains low glycemic carbs which provides a balanced flow of energy to the body. YAY, Oatmeal ROCKS! Read my next post about Carbohydrates.
